Albin, Navarro and Wood to Represent Ohio Football at 2024 MAC Football Kickoff on Friday
CLEVELAND – — Ohio football fourth-year coachTim Albin, graduate student quarterback Parker Navarro (Tempe, Ariz.) and graduate student safety Jeremiah Wood (Pickerington, Ohio) are set to represent Ohio at the 2024 Mid-American Conference Football Kickoff on Friday, July 19. This year's in-person event will be set at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio from 9 a.m. ET/8 a.m. CT to 1:30 ET/12:30 CT.
Turning Point Coalition offers TIPS training in August for alcohol vendors
Turning Point Coalition, in partnership with Wayne County Coalitions, is offering TIPS training (Training for Intervention Procedures) at no charge. The training is for businesses and individuals who sell alcohol, including retail alcohol vendors, owners, managers, trainers, sales associates and cashiers. Ohio law holds both the employee and the business responsible for selling to underage or intoxicated individuals.
