NASHUA, NH – On May 16, 2024 Philip Pergola, 50, (no fixed address) was arrested on a felony warrant for theft by unauthorized taking two prior vonvictions. On February 22, 2024, officers took a theft report from a store manager of Target, at 310 Daniel Webster Highway.
