WESTFIELD, Ind. — Human remains found at the former home of serial killer Herb Baumeister were identified Tuesday. In a press release, Hamilton County Coroner Jeff Jellison said human remains recovered in 1996 from Fox Hollow Farm in Westfield have been identified as those of Jeffrey A. Jones, who was reported missing in August 1993.

Muncie man sentenced to 15 years for role in interstate drug conspiracy
MUNCIE, Ind. — A Muncie man convicted of participating in an interstate drug ring has been sentenced to 15 years in federal prison. Lance Michael McGee, 32, had pleaded guilty — in U.S. District Court in Indianapolis — conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver controlled substances.
