This listing is not 512K as I said on the video....I definitely mixed up my information. It is however, available at a base price of 543K. Priced at a little over 1.6MM, The Accord by Symphony Homes is hands down one of my top floor plans...truly stunning. Aside from a little bit of carpeting, it's like they've been watching my video walkthroughs, and have listened to my real dislike of carpeting ;) Jokes aside, the use of windows throughout this build is truly perfect imo. As I've always shared, certain rooms deserve windows, rooms like: laundry rooms, walk-in closets, toilet rooms, and butler pantries - check, check, check, and check. Past the attractive facade, you're welcomed by a grand entryway with chandelier. Immediately, your eyes are drawn up at the extremely high ceilings. The bridge with black steel railing gives it a dash of an industrial look, which I like. The 2-story fireplace is sure to please many. The kitchen and dining will be awesome once furnished. The sliding door opens yet more possibilities for the avid entertainer.
