Finally! From the moment I glanced across the street (a couple of months ago), I've been wanting to come back to this neighborhood, and walk through these townhomes. As mentioned, the End Row unit is already under contract, BUT still accepting back up offers....please reach out to me if you don't know what or how back up offers work. However, this video walk through is of the Mid Row unit, currently on the market for a little over the 1.3 MM range. And may I say...wow? There are so many standouts for me of this property, that I would take too long to list. I already tried out the pool, clubhouse, and pickleball courts, and they're great. Because of the great location, you are literally minutes away from the Silicon Slopes, the Outlets at Traverse, movie theaters in both directions, Costco, and dining of all kinds, both fast and fine. Millcreek, but especially the Sugar House area...is one of those areas that has been on fire for most homebuyers - mainly hipsters that fall under the Millennial demographic. Following Part I, the living space on the main floor is absolutely gorgeous. The attention to detail is simply perfection. For me, it's the exposed beams, with the various large windows - including French doors, allowing an astounding amount of natural light, and offering awesome views of the Watercourse, Watermark, Cascade Village, and better yet...the Wasatch Front. However, my main standout, or at least, one of the top 3 was definitely the 5-Star office. Every inch of this home office is amazing in my opinion, from the color palette: the light brown French doors, to the navy blue built in book shelves, to the gold accent lighting fixtures....just wow. Don't forget that just as the rest of the home, the home office boasts grand views as well. After a long workday from home, enjoy access to the outside, whether to enjoy a sit down, roast some marshmallows, go for a walk/stroll, or head down to your finished basement, and take advantage of your ManCave.

Parkwood Homes makes a much anticipated appearance with their brand new model home in the Watermark community - adjacent to Daybreak's Cascade Village and the Watercourse. The Concord floor plan is definitely a stunner, from the curb appeal, to the location, to the east coast architectural touches, to the nautical vibes spanning all 4,700+sqft. I initially fell in love with this builder two years ago; they have mostly focused on building their gems on Oquirrh Lake's island...as I mentioned on the video, I will have to re-upload a couple of throwbacks to those beauties. Coming in at just a little north of a million as a base price, and definitely breaking the 2 million price tag with all the bells and whistles...this waterside manor has so much room to make your own. Starting with the 130K option loft with gorgeous views of the Wasatch Front, Oquirrh Mountains, or the Watercourse...you're sure to enjoy this feature.

A two minute walk to Look Out Park, whether to let kids or your pets play...they'll love it. One thing for sure is, you will love going out for walks/strolls year round, yeah even if it's chilly ;) As you witnessed, this property sits just under 3,000sqft, and offers a full Mother-in-Law suite with its own separate entrance. The finishes and upgrades are awesome, the color palettes used throughout the house are perfect, and what do you think of that master bedroom? Don't you love the windows? Behold...my absolute FAVORITE home in the 2023 Salt Lake Parade of Homes! Designed by the TV show "Extreme Makeover - Home Edition" and built by Holmes Homes, this property sits pretty on a corner lot with amazing privacy...and that is GOLD in Daybreak. This coveted neighborhood of Eastlake Village, is literally a stone throw away from Oquirrh Lake...i.e. a 2-minute walk. The only property in Daybreak with a rentable Casita! Inspired by the history of the mining business in the Salt Lake Valley, the design team incorporated copper in the decor and utilized refined organic elements throughout the house. This was definitely one of my major standouts...the use of copper was perfection. I believe that this house was perfectly designed for just about any age group to fully enjoy. Whether it's the indoor soccer field downstairs w/ concessions (that's me), the spa like retreat as you walk into your master bath, and better yet, the relaxing haven just outside of your bathroom.

Coming in at just a little under 6,500 sqft, Elevation Homes presents The Marianna Manor, and Manor is definitely spot on to describe this perfect home. Now I don't use the word 'Perfect' loosely...but this build, which is not for sale btw - is the definition of the word. Every inch of this house is just right. The builder executed the construction to perfection. There is no dead space, or awkward space, inside and out. The curb appeal is stunning, I mean nowadays, it's all about the Modern Farmhouse facades. In my opinion, this home is one of my favorites of the parade this year. I don't think I can add to what I already shared on the video. In conclusion, if your budget is north of one million, Elevation Homes will treat you right...you just need a solid realtor...wink wink...to represent you in the process.

Well...this one was definitely an interesting one, maybe the most interesting in regards to first impression. Not quite to my taste, but definitely one to be considered, especially when house hunting for an Airbnb or rental. A short drive takes you to multiple ski resorts, and I'm not referring only to the colder months. Utah is the best state for the outdoors year round, and The Billie sits pretty in one of Salt Lake County's most desired areas - Cottonwood Heights - right on the east bench with views of the mountainside and valley views. SIMPLICITY is the keyword here folks. Currently up for sale at a little over a million, the question to ask is if you think it's worth the price tag? As for the main standout imo....Location. Location. Location.
