Woman sentenced for financially exploiting disabled adults in eastern Nebraska
LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A woman was sentenced Wednesday for financially exploiting disabled adults in eastern Nebraska. Beth Yeates, 32, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, received five years of probation, 90 days in jail, and was ordered to pay $16,876.31 in restitution to the victims. She was also directed to write apology letters to all the victims, Judge Brian Meismer ruled.
