Man arrested for armed robbery in Luzerne County
WILKES-BARRE TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE CO. (WOLF) — Wilkes Barre Township Police arrest a man following an armed robbery at Dollar General back in June. He's been identified as 58-year-old Thadius Ulmer. Police were able to locate the white Nissan Altima used during the robberies. He was arraigned Friday.
