    Suspect identified in Dollar General armed robbery

    WILKES-BARRE TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police say they have identified the suspect who was wanted in an armed robbery in Wilkes-Barre.

    On June 28 around 9:08 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Dollar General on Kidder Street for a report of an armed robbery.

    Police say they have arrested 58-year-old Thadius “Dutch” Ulmer after locating a white Nissan Altima that was used in three armed robberies.

    As stated by police Ulmer was the suspect who committed the armed robbery at the Dollar General on Kidder Street.

    Ulmer has been charged with robbery and terroristic threats.
