Nearly 50 Charges: 3 Officers Hurt, Suspect Crashes Into Cruiser In Springfield
Davey Quinones, 20, faces 46 charges, many of them felonies, after his arrest, Springfield police said. Police were investigating Quinones for allegedly having an illegal firearm with a 50-round drum magazine when he spotted the surveillance team on Lombard Street around 3:45 p.m. He jumped into a car and sped away, slamming into multiple vehicles as he made his hasty exit, authorities said.

Third suspect arrested in connection to Oakton murder
FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. - A third suspect has been arrested in connection to a homicide in Oakton. Several agencies teamed in the arrest of 20-year-old Wilmer Adli Guzman of Washington, D.C. This past December, Hayfield Secondary School in Alexandria posted an ad for a new head football coach. On Feb. 12, Darryl Overton, a championship football coach from across county lines at Freedom High School in Woodbridge, took the position, bringing with him an estimated 30-plus football players transferring to Hayfield from Freedom and at least three other area schools.
