    2 men sought in New Jersey for abandoning hairless cats in need of medical attention

    NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – Police released photos on Thursday of two unidentified individuals who abandoned hairless cats in need of medical attention in cardboard carriers in New Jersey.

    The Hopatcong Police Department shared images of the suspects who allegedly left the cats on Stanhope Sparta Road around 5:20 a.m. on Aug. 15.

    Police said the two were also involved in similar incidents at a Morris County Animal Shelter and a Sussex County Animal Shelter within the past week, using the same individuals, carriers, and breed of cats.

    The suspects were seen driving a newer white Toyota Tundra.
