Man wanted in connection to Georgia cold case murder arrested

The phrases "things done in the dark always come to light" and "long arm of the law" come to mind , after a man who was wanted in connection to a cold case murder in Georgia was arrested in the Charlotte area, late last week.

Derrell Adams was taken into custody last Friday on charges stemming from a murder that happened in 2013. Adams is one of four suspects accused of being involved in the torture and murder of three people in Clayton County Georgia, which is about 20 miles south of midtown Atlanta.

Adams was apprehended in Huntersville, North Carolina and was booked into the Mecklenburg County Jail.
