Regal Tule Springs: Revolutionizing a ‘new’ North Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Over the next several years new residential and commercial properties will be built in an area in North Las Vegas.

The plan is to revolutionize a “new” North Las Vegas near I-215 and Revere St.

The intersection is surrounded by a large empty land area, but not for long. Plans are for Regal Tule Springs – a commercial development at the northwest corner of Revere and the 215.

The development is intended to be a 16-acre commercial shopping center with a national grocer and an affiliated gas station. It also plans to have 8,600 residential units.

The roads have already been expanded there. Grand Teton Drive in Aliante, which previously ended at a certain point, now continues as Tule Springs Parkway, extending to Revere.

According to the City of North Las Vegas, Station Casinos bought the land at the east end of Tule Springs.

The Village at Tule Springs master plan housing development is also in the works.

Another 135 acres near the VA hospital are zoned for a master plan and mixed-use medical-centric development. Other parts of Revere and 215 intersections are zoned for commercial and retail.

While there is no word yet on what specific businesses will come, residents in the North Las Vegas valley will eventually find more convenience in their backyard.
