Melbourne High graduate Max Fiedler, a member of the FLORIDA TODAY All-Decade Boys Basketball team for the 2010s, has signed with the NBA's Philadelphia 76ers. Fiedler, from Indialantic, signed an Exhibit 10 contract, giving him the opportunity to play for the Sixers in the NBA Summer League. That could lead to a more permanent association to the team, possibly via a two-way contract, which would connect him to the Sixers and a G League team. He completed his career at Rice University earlier this year.
