The Chicago Bears will be back in action on Saturday against the Cincinnati Bengals looking to improve their perfect record to 3-0.

Last weekend against the Buffalo Bills, Bears fans got a glimpse of their new franchise quarterback Caleb Williams, who played and led two scoring drives in the 33-6 win.

As for the Bengals, franchise quarterback Joe Burrow started over the weekend for the first time in a preseason opener. Burrow led a scoring drive of his own, connecting with wide receiver Tee Higgins for a touchdown on the opening drive.

It's not yet known if Williams and Burrow will face off head-to-head or not on Saturday. The two teams will hold joint practice on Thursday leading up to the game. Getting live reps in practice against the opposing defense could prove to be sufficient enough for the two young rising stars.

"We are looking forward to hosting the Bengals here at Halas Hall for a practice prior to our preseason game," Bears head coach Matt Eberflus said earlier this offseason. "We have a great respect for their organization, led by Coach Taylor. I'm excited about having the opportunity for us to compete, as well as the challenge that the practice presents to our team, as we get ready for the season."

    KFVE (5 - Honolulu)

The game will also be available to watch on NFL Network. Streaming-wise, out-of-market fans can see the game live on NFL+.

The Bears defense shined the brightest during the second preseason game, after the offense led by backup quarterback Brett Rypien stole the headlines in the preseason opener against the Houston Texans.

The Bengals will be looking to bounce-back following a tough loss against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after allowing a go-ahead touchdown run during the final minute of the game on Saturday.

It's set to be a good matchup, whether or not the starting quarterbacks for both sides take the field. If they don't, expect to see Tyson Bagent and Jake Browning get the nods, two backups who impressed off the bench during the 2023 season.
