The Georgia Bulldogs are still two weeks and one day away from playing real football.

A to Z Sports predicted Georgia's two-deep depth chart on offense and defense earlier this month, but things are guaranteed to change, especially with certain players emerging throughout the remainder of fall camp.

For now, here's a look at three Bulldogs to watch out for who recently received high praise from head coach Kirby Smart following their first fall camp scrimmage.

    RB Cash Jones

The Bulldogs have a running back room that Smart confirmed will be led by Florida transfer running back Trevor Etienne.

Who comes after that is not set in stone, but Smart is a big fan of red-shirt junior Cash Jones.

"That [running back room] room has been really good in camp," Smart told reporters following the camp scrimmage . "They've worked really hard. Cash is a guy they just don't give enough credit to. He's great at picking things up. I feel like Trevor is the leader of the room and understands things. He does a really good job of setting the tempo and setting the standard."

Jones, a red-shirt junior, played in all 14 games for the Bulldogs last fall. He showed off his dual-threat abilities as he rushed for 161 yards and one touchdown on 22 attempts while hauling in another 92 yards and one touchdown on 11 catches.

    NT Jamaal Jarrett

The Bulldogs will rely heavily on senior Nazir Stackhouse at the nickel position, but that could be sophomore backup NT Jamaar Jarrett's starting job next year. That means you can bet he's going to get more opportunities to showcase his growth this fall, which he already has.

"Jah's been good," Smart said. "His weight has been up and down. I think it's something that he knows and he's trying to work on. He has moments — flashes— of being able to help us, and we need help at that position in terms of depth because we've got, you know, injuries at those positions. I think he's getting better. He's more dependable. He has a little more stamina, but there's still an area for improvement that he's got to be able to play more consecutive snaps. That's what we challenge him to do each and every day."

Jarrett didn't see the field much as a freshman, playing in just five games last year where he was credited with six tackles.

    OLB Damon Wilson

Another sophomore on the rise is Damon Wilson.

As a freshman last season in a reserve OLB role, Wilson saw action in 12 games and was credited with four tackles and half a sack.

Wilson is on a mission this fall to do more for the Bulldogs and bulked up 15 pounds to 250, ultimately in order to withstand a larger workload.

He also has a better understanding of the defense, both of which haven't gone unnoticed and should set him up for more snaps in 2024.

"Damon's been good," Smart said. "He's been able to be a contributing factor more on first and second down. I think learning his assignment — like, he could go play on third down and play with reckless abandon and do a really good job last year. Now, first and second down he knows what to do, he understands it, he has better keys, he has better strike, he can hold up against a really physical tackle. He's improved. Just by merely being here and going through the spring he's improved. He's also gotten a good bit of work with Chaz and some of the injuries we've had there."
