Derrick Henry and Jeffery Simmons share emotional moment from afar as Titans take the field for preseason finale against Saints

It's been an offseason full of change for the Tennessee Titans . While change was necessary along the roster and within the coaching staff, it's going to take some getting used to for fans and players alike.

Titans star defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons has been in the middle of all of it. He will be playing under a new defensive coordinator and will be lining up next to a new teammate with Denico Autry now in Houston. But before Simmons takes a snap in the regular season, he is already realizing one aspect of his pregame ritual won't ever be the same.

During player introductions, Simmons has always shared a handshake with former Titans running back Derrick Henry. As he was waiting to hear his name called in Sunday's preseason finale against the New Orleans Saints, Jim Wyatt captured Simmons doing his part in the handshake without Henry there to dap him up.

This video got back to the Baltimore Ravens running back as Henry offered some words of encouragement to his former teammate.

Watching Henry play elsewhere this fall is one of those changes that fans might never get used to. After all, Henry carried the Titans to heights many fans didn't see possible and always did it the right way.

Simmons is no different than most Titans fans. It's undoubtedly going to be weird without No. 22 running through the tunnel before a game and pointing towards the heavens in the two-toned blue.
