Fox Sports analyst predicts that NC State vs Tennessee Vols in Charlotte will be a blowout

Fox Sports college football analyst Joel Klatt thinks the matchup between the Tennessee Vols and the NC State Wolfpack in Charlotte on Saturday night will be a blowout.

Klatt, who has been known to throw some shade at the SEC, has Tennessee leaving Bank of America Stadium with a 24 point win this weekend, predicting that Tennessee will win 45-21.

“In one half, the guy (QB Nico Iamaleava) looked like the real deal,” said Klatt. “If he’s that type of guy, they will revert back to 2022 Tennessee. And then all of a sudden, they’re a contender. Meanwhile, NC State struggled mightily. They were trailing entering the fourth quarter against FCS Western Carolina. I mean, I don’t love it. I don’t love their matchup. And I really, really like Tennessee.”

"I think Tennessee is really good after what I saw, I'm believer in the Vols," added Klatt.

You know Tennessee is on the right track when Klatt is saying that he "really, really" likes the Volunteers.

No one seems to be giving NC State much of a chance in this matchup, which might understandably make some Vols fans nervous. But if Tennessee plays like they did last week against Chattanooga, they shouldn't have any issues against NC State.
