Charles Paddock Zoo welcomes new red panda, baby mongoose lemur
– The City of Atascadero and the Charles Paddock Zoo announced new animal highlights for summer and the 4th of July holiday. A new young red panda, Kesari, has arrived from the Sacramento Zoo. Additionally, the zoo welcomed a baby mongoose lemur, announcing, “It’s a Boy!” and naming the baby Ravi.
Overnight work scheduled on El Camino Real, Traffic Way
– The City of Atascadero has announced planned night work at the intersection of El Camino Real and Traffic Way to facilitate sewer construction and enhance safety measures. State helps seize nearly seven million fentanyl pills, 3,725 pounds of fentanyl powder
