Three Lafayette High School (LHS) alumni joined the University of Florida (UF) Gatorettes and will be marching with the Gator Marching Band in the upcoming season. Louisiana wins 4-H Shooting Sports national championship
Victoria McClung of Bossier City won the small-bore rifle category in the Louisiana 4-H Shooting Sports National Championships held June 23-28 in Grand Island, Neb. McClung helped the Louisiana 4-H Shooting Sports Team win its fourth championship in the last five years.
