Marsden Services Acquires HUB Enterprises in Broussard
ST PAUL, MN (July 25, 2024) – Marsden Services L.L.C., a national facility services provider, announced today the acquisition of HUB Enterprises through Marsden’s wholly owned subsidiary company, American Security, L.L.C. HUB Enterprises is a security services contractor operating throughout Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi and Texas. The acquisition was completed in March 2024. American Security L.L.C. is a national security services contractor headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota. HUB Enterprises is headquartered in Broussard, Louisiana with a secondary office location in Mississippi. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
