GONZALES, La. — Louisiana State Representative Kendricks "Ken" Brass, D-Vacherie, was arrested on Friday for drunk driving, according to the Louisiana State Police. Baton Rouge, LA – Bally’s Corporation has announced a definitive merger agreement with Standard General L.P., its largest stockholder, to acquire the company’s outstanding shares for $18.25 per share.
