Standout Player of the Week: Stanton’s Jake Benedict

STANTON, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – With the beginning of another football season, comes more star players. For the first week of Basin Gridiron, Senior Quarterback Jake Benedict, who threw for two passing touchdowns and two hard rushing touchdowns to start the game, was the standout player of Stanton’s Friday night game.
