Three new parks planned in Roseville and you could choose their names
ROSEVILLE, Calif. — Three new parks were recently approved in Roseville and now they all need names. The parks are located in and near Roseville's Westpark neighborhood. Pam Allen, a spokesperson for the city of Roseville, said the parks are in the design process. The city is targeting a spring 2025 groundbreaking with completion set for spring 2026.
Fairfield man arrested, accused of trying to assault 12-year-olds walking to school
FAIRFIELD, Calif. — A Fairfield man was arrested last Wednesday and accused of trying to sexually assault two children walking to school. According to the Fairfield Police Department, the suspect is 30-year-old Carlos Guadalupe DeLosReyes. He was booked on several felony charges including assault with intent to commit rape, attempted aggravated sexual assault of a child, false imprisonment, child abuse and more.
