EPHRATA, Pa. (WHTM) — Texas Roadhouse is slated to open a new location in Lancaster County in the coming months.

According to Texas Roadhouse, construction on a new 8,000-square-foot restaurant on 31 Quarry Ridge Drive in Ephrata first broke ground earlier this year. The company says the new location is scheduled to open in mid-November, 2024.

The new Texas Roadhouse location will employ 200 staff members.

Texas Roadhouse says they are currently accepting applications online , and will be conducting interviews at a hiring trailer in the parking lot, Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Once the new restaurant opens, it will serve dinner-only on Mondays through Thursdays from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Fridays from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

The new location will be open for lunch and dinner on Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Texas Roadhouse is based in Louisville, Kentucky, and was first opened back in 1993. The popular chain has more than 600 locations across 49 states and 10 foreign countries, to date.
