    Horse and buggy crash in Lancaster County leaves one dead

    LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A man was killed over the weekend in a horse and buggy crash in Lancaster County, according to the coroner’s office.

    The report from the coroner’s office says that 81-year-old Levi Stoltzfus, of Narvon, died Sunday night at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health after the crash.

    Stoltzfus’ cause of death is from multiple traumatic injuries and the manner has been ruled accidental after an autopsy on Monday morning, the report states.

    Breaking News

    The coroner’s office says the crash happened between Stoltzfus’ horse-drawn carriage and another vehicle on Sheep Hill Road and Route 897 in East Earl Township. Following the crash, he was hurried to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
