MORRISTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – Voters in the Morristown Central School District overwhelmingly approved a nearly $17 million capital improvement project on Tuesday, February 13.

Some of the renovations include replacing the roof, improving a classroom, replacing classroom doors and locks and adding new seating to the gymnasium.

State aid will help fund most of the project and the district will also $3.5 million in reserve funds. Construction is slated to start in 2025.
