Welcome to the "Claude the Claw" sandwich. The sandwich still retains the foot of the real chicken claw.

Chris Bleidorn, the cook who runs Birdbox in San Francisco and has a Michelin star, came up with the idea.

    The $19 Chicken Sandwich

People cook and eat chicken feet in many places, including China, Mexico, Indonesia, Eastern Europe, and more.

There is cabbage and pickles on the potato bun, along with a whole fried chicken leg (thigh and drum).

It costs $19 for the sandwich.

    Other Fried Chickens

Birdbox has more fried chicken sandwiches than just Claude the Claw. The Spicy Falcon Chicken Sando and the DeClucks are two examples.

Birdbox is located inside the Backstage Food Hall at 245 West 46th Street.

Are you going to eat this chicken sandwich with the feet still on it? A chef with two Michelin stars created this massive burger from Bird Box, featuring thigh and drum. It started as an idea in San Francisco, but because their shop was so popular, they've now opened one in New York City as well.

I had several things brought to my house, and the chicken was the best. It was so crispy and tasty. On the menu, they have wings and a standard chicken sandwich for people who don't want to try anything new. I recommend that you try the Claude the Claw sandwich if you are interested in trying something new. 🍗
