Coroners in Italy have confirmed the causes of death for Chris Morvillo and his wife, Neda. Meanwhile, autopsies on the bodies of Jonathan Bloomer, head of Morgan Stanley's London-based investment banking division, and his wife, Judy, are scheduled for this Wednesday, as reported by The Associated Press.

Twelve passengers and ten staff members were on board the Bayesian when it overturned and sank on August 19, just minutes after being struck by a predawn storm.

Authorities in charge of civil protection stated they think the ship was hit by a waterspout, or tornado over the water, close to the port of Porticello, where the yacht was anchored.

A British Entrepreneur In The Tragic Incident

The autopsies of British software entrepreneur Mike Lynch, who had planned the yacht vacation to commemorate a recent court victory, his daughter Hannah, age 18, and the boat's cook, Recaldo Thomas, are still pending.

According to the Associated Press, Morvillo was one of Lynch's US attorneys in a fraud case. This involved the $11 billion sale of search engine company Autonomy to Hewlett-Packard in 2011. The arrangement failed because of allegations that Lynch faked the books to overvalue Autonomy. His acquittal came in June.
