    Crime Reports: 71-year-old reported for Indecent Assault

    Editor’s Note: The following arrest and incident reports were supplied by the Abilene Police Department. All information below comes from reports made by responding officers , and all suspects are considered not guilty unless determined otherwise in a court of law.

    Incidents

    2700 block of North 18th Street – Criminal Mischief
    A victim reported that an unknown suspect gained access to the roof of the building, causing more than $65,000 in damage and theft.

    1600 block of Ambler Avenue – Criminal Trepass
    A 19-year-old Hispanic male was arrested at a north Abilene business for class B criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    1700 block of Bent Tree Drive – Assault Family Violence
    A report for Assault Family Violence was taken.

    3900 block of Old Anson Road – Criminal Trespass
    A 39-year-old was arrested for CMTR.

    700 block of Medical Drive – Indecent Assault
    A report of a 71-year-old male suspect touching an 80-year-old female victim and a 59-year-old female victim inappropriately without the victims’ effective consent was taken.

    2400 block of Grape Street – Assault Family Violence
    A victim stated that his wife assaulted him, leaving visible injury. The defendant was arrested for Assault and Family Violence.

    1000 block of Westview Drive – Assault
    A victim stated that a man punched her in the face with a closed fist.

    1600 block of Hwy 351 – Assault
    Police responded to a north side Abilene department store in reference to an Armed Subject gun call that resulted in an Aggravated Assault report being worked.

    1200 block of North 8th Street – Burglary of a Building
    A report was taken for Burglary of a Building on the north side of Abilene.

    2500 block of Nonesuch Road – Terroristic Threat of Family/Household
    APD responded to a call for service on the south side of the city. A 24-year-old female reported that a known person threatened her seriously, causing her to believe that she was going to die. The suspect was arrested and transported to Taylor County Jail for booking.

    McKenzee Lane – Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Aggravated Kidnapping

    Yakeyah Jones – Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Kidnapping

    Alexis Richmond – Warrant

    Anastasia Velasquez – Assault Family Violence

    Tanner Springfield – Assault Family Violence

    Thomas Tyler – Theft of Property, Warrant

    Kevin Starr – Terroristic Threat of Family/Household
