GRCC officers respond to reports of deceased person found near campus, hit and run, property damage and trespassing
On July 16, Grand Rapids Community College Police responded to a medical emergency around 9 a.m. just off GRCC property and across from Fountain Street Church. Upon arrival, police determined that the 62-year-old man was deceased. The officer suspected that no foul play was involved and the case is now being handled by the Grand Rapids Police Department.

GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Discount retailer Big Lots plans to close its store at 4254 28th St. SE in the suburb of Kentwood. Water main break closes Hudsonville street for repairs
HUDSONVILLE, MI – Hudsonville residents are being advised to avoid the area of 40th Avenue and Glenview Court due to a water main break. The water main break was reported around 2 p.m. Thursday, July 25, on the City of Hudsonville Facebook page.
