New rules for Fido crossing the border
WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - There are new federal regulations for dogs crossing the border and coming into the United States. They will take effect August 1. Dogs coming into the states will need to be at least six months old, have a microchip, be vaccinated against rabies, and the animal must appear healthy.
Fort Drum’s Hays Hall damaged during recent storm
FORT DRUM, N.Y. (WWTI) – The recent severe weather has also affected Fort Drum. Hays Hall on the military base suffered storm damage from the recent severe weather. According to Fort Drum officials, a part of the “roof was damaged and the offices underneath the damaged portion of roof experienced some minor flooding.”
