Joshua Wikholm running for Clarksville City Council, Ward 3
CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Joshua Wikholm has qualified to run for Clarksville City Council, Ward 3, on the November ballot. Wikholm, 36, is an 11-year Army veteran with two combat tours, one to Iraq and one to Afghanistan. He was retired from the Army in 2018. He has been actively engaged in his Clarksville community since then. He has managed multiple successful political campaigns in that period as well. He ran for Montgomery County Commission in 2022.
