Texas has a plethora of ghost towns that are ripe for exploring. Just remember to do your research before you do as some could be privately owned and you could be charged with trespassing. Other ghost towns could be have been taken back by Mother Nature making it dangerous to explore. THE COLONY, Texas — Rix Sports Bar in The Colony, formerly known as CJ's, announced they will be closing down after nearly 30 years in business.
