Barton-Blaine Road bridge reopens
BELMONT COUNTY, OHIO (WTRF) – Things are about to get a little bit easier for motorists in Belmont County. Lauren Borell with the Ohio Department of Transportation tells 7NEWS that the Barton-Blaine Road bridge has reopened. This is the bridge located next to the Blaine Viaduct, which was just recently closed to all westbound traffic.

Main Street paving in Wheeling nears completion
WHEELING, W.Va. — The paving of Main Street in downtown Wheeling is closer to the finish line now that that asphalt has been laid on the left lane. Workers began paving Main Street nearly a month ago. There were setbacks that interfered with the goal of finishing it in 2 weeks.
