Your favorite business from 'Shark Tank' is back in town today with the Cousins Maine Lobster Truck Popup at Bronkberry Farms from 12 PM to 7 PM CT. Here is a quick look at the menu.

You can order ahead of time by downloading Cousins Maine Lobster app and setting Illinois, IL as the location. You will only be able to order from the app in advance between 12 PM and 7 PM. If you order in person from the truck, then they will only accept debit and credit cards.

Be prepared to wait no matter which way you order because there was over an hour wait the last time Cousins Maine Lobster was at Bronkberry Farms three months ago. The truck was parked behind the main store with the line of people winding down Bronk Road for about a block. However, the lobster rolls are definitely worth the wait if you are a seafood fan.
