The Los Angeles Clippers (51-31) had a successful regular season, but the injury problems of Kawhi Leonard creeped up on the team again when he missed the last half of their NBA Playoffs loss to the Dallas Mavericks in the first round. The series loss stings even more for the Clippers because Dallas went to the NBA Finals.

For this season, Los Angeles must deal without having Paul George around after he signed with the Philadelphia 76ers in the offseason. The Clippers were so desperate to find talent in the offseason that they signed Kevin Porter, Jr. to a contract. Porter, Jr. was released from the Houston Rockets last season after he beat his ex-girlfriend up from pillar to post.

However, the Clippers had one pick in the NBA Draft that could possibly help this upcoming season.

    Round 2, Pick 16: Cam Christie - SG - Minnesota. 6'5", 190 lbs (11.3 ppg, 3.6 rpg, 2.2 apg, 39.1% 3-PT FG%).

Christie shoots the ball well from long-range whether he is spotting up or shooting off the dribble. He also passes the ball well into the post for a shooting guard.

Overview: The Clippers have plenty of depth on the wing, but he could possibly see some time throughout the season due to Leonard being out for half of next season due to being the originator of load management.

    Grade: C+.
