“Walk 250 Miles By 2026” Effort Launched
(Pierre, SD) — America’s 250th South Dakota Commission is launching a new event in celebration of our nation’s founding. It’s called “Walk 250 miles by 2026.” The goal is to complete 250 miles of outdoor exercise while visiting historic locations throughout the state,” according to the director of the South Dakota State Historical Society, Dr. Ben Jones.
