Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) is celebrating the graduation of nearly 2,100 students from its spring semester of 2024. These students are from NWTC’s three campuses and five regional centers. Half of the graduates have completed their degrees with honors or high honors, reflecting their commitment.

Among the graduates, 140 are members of Phi Theta Kappa, the National Honor Society for two-year colleges. This membership recognizes excellent academic performance and leadership. The graduating class includes students from 20 different countries and over 40 U.S. military veterans.

NWTC has planned commencement ceremonies at each of its campuses, with live streaming available. The Sturgeon Bay Campus ceremony is scheduled for today, May 14, at 6:00 p.m. The Green Bay Campus will hold its ceremony on May 15 at the Resch Center, followed by the Marinette Campus on May 16 at the Marinette Community REC Center.

The ceremony at the Green Bay Campus will feature two speakers. Chris Woleske, Executive Vice President of Bellin and Gundersen Health System and President of Bellin Region, will give the keynote address. Iana Tikhoniuk, the 2024 District Ambassador and a student leader, will also speak.
