SWANTON, Ohio (WTVG) - A man is dead after a crash on the Ohio Turnpike in Fulton County on Monday, authorities said. 65-year-old Daniel Kirst, of Akron, New York, died from the injuries he suffered in the single-vehicle motorcycle crash on the turnpike in Franklin Township on July 15, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol.

(WNY News Now) – Buffalo – Acting Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Keane announces that 42-year-old Dewayne A. Vass of Getzville was arraigned on Saturday morning before Buffalo City Court Judge Diane Y. Wray, also acting as an Amherst Town Court Justice, on two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree (Class “A-I” felonies), four counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (Class “B” felonies), one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree (Class “C” violent felony), and six counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, and one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Class “A” misdemeanors).

A 26-year-old man from Avon, in Livingston County, allegedly stole a can of beer from a concession stand during the Red hot Chili Peppers concert. The man was arrested and charged with petit larceny, the Genesee County Sheriff's office said in a statement on Wednesday afternoon.
