The sale was executed on behalf of Glaeser Tract Investment, LLC, marking a significant transaction in the region’s real estate market. The Buyer, HCNB SAPP, LLC, hailing from Southlake, Texas, entrusted Land & Homes Real Estate Brokers in the transaction.

    HCNB SAPP, LLC, a land acquisition and development company, has expanded its footprint into the Florida market with this strategic acquisition. While specific development plans for the tract remain undisclosed, the transaction underscores the enduring appeal of Florida’s real estate landscape to investors nationwide.
