(ALAMOSA, Colo.) — The City of Alamosa has reported that Henry Corral is in custody.
Corral is a suspect allegedly involved in a shooting that took place in the early morning hours on Sunday, June 23, at the Sunset Inn Hotel.
According to the Alamosa Police Department, Corral is facing charges of Criminal Attempt 1st Degree Murder x2, Murder in the 1st Degree, Tampering with physical evidence, Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender, and Criminal Attempt of Aggravated Robbery.

The City of Alamosa reported that, as of around 11:30 a.m., the Colorado Bureau of Investigation began processing the crime scene at the Sunset Inn Hotel.
Aircraft and around 40 officers are going door to door, still searching for the suspect in the area of County Road 10S south towards County Road 15S and from County Road 106 S west towards County Road 100S.

The Alamosa Police Department is searching for a suspect allegedly involved in a shooting early morning on Sunday, June 23, at the Sunset Inn Hotel. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
According to Alamosa Police, officers responded to a call of shots fired around 2 a.m. Sunday. When they arrived, they found three people had been shot.
Police report that a person of interest, Henry Corral, left the scene and was later involved in a crash on County Road 106 and 12 South. He allegedly attempted to carjack a vehicle before he ran away.
A search is underway, and the community was alerted via reverse 911. Corral is considered armed and dangerous. People are urged to call 911 immediately if they see him.
