FULTON COUNTY, NY (WRGB) — A Saint Johnsville man faces a felony charge of aggravated harassment of a judge, just two days after the law defining that offense took effect. Edward McGowan was arrested at 9:30 a.m. Sunday at the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office. According to the Fulton County Sheriff's Office, it is alleged that McGowan threatened to physically attack a judge after being arraigned on charges related to another separate domestic violence incident at the Fulton County Centralized Arraignment Court. The presiding judge set bail in connection with the original charges, which reportedly led to McGowan making threats.
