Regulation Changes Coming to Lake Mille Lacs
Minnesota DNR officials met with the Mille Lacs Advisory committee this week. Glen Schmitt from Outdoor News joined me on WJON. He says big regulation changes are expected to happen. Schmitt says starting on August 16 anglers will be able to keep two walleyes on Mille Lacs from 18 to 20 inches. Superior Continues Dog-Friendly Approach With New Water Station
The City Of Superior has been making improvements to a lot of their parks lately, including amenities for dog's and their humans. Last year, the City Of Superior turned a number of hockey rinks into dog parks, adding a two-door gate and having doggie poop bags available. It's been nice to utilize the empty space in the summer and have somewhere your dog can run off-leash. In my dog's case, they made a nice high jump for her to bolt across. (That dog CAN JUMP!)
