ROCHESTER Minn.-- Minnesota House Rep. Kim Hicks (DFL-Rochester) became victim to a hate crime that occurred at her home early Saturday morning. KIMT NEWS 3 was on the scene where political signage in Rep. Hicks’ yard was vandalized with graffiti swastikas, racial slurs, and Ku Klux Klan signatures. Her backyard shed was also vandalized. Hicks told KIMT a side window also had a hole in it. According to Rep. Hicks, and her husband Lamar, the incident occurred around 4:15 a.m. Saturday.
