APD arrested 42-year-old Dorsett Matthews, accused of burglary. Police say on June 18, he forced his way into the home of an elderly person, shoved them onto the ground and took $150 in cash. Investigators believe he committed a similar burglary on June 15.

Matthews was on probation for a separate burglary incident when the alleged crimes occurred. Anyone else who may have been a victim of similar crimes is asked to contact APD.
