PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A domestic violence suspect is accused of hitting and killing a bicyclist as he was fleeing from law enforcement in Phoenix on Thursday evening. Around 8 p.m., officers were called to a home near 16th Street and Southern Avenue for reports of a domestic violence incident. As officers arrived, 33-year-old Jamarr Young was “immediately aggressive toward officers” and began telling officers to shoot and kill him, police say.
