ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Federal authorities are looking into a dumpster explosion outside a southeast Albuquerque business. The Albuquerque Police Department responded to the explosion Tuesday night near Zuni and San Pedro. They found the dumpster with significant damage and trash strewn across the street.

It was right next to a business that was closed at the time but a door to that business was open at that time. APD’s bomb squad is investigating, along with the FBI, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.
