There won’t be much of a pattern change this week as the weather will generally bring seasonably mild temperatures and comfortable humidity levels for August. High pressure will build into the region on Monday. It’s expected to stay firm and in control of our weather through at least Thursday leading to a few quiet days ahead and keeping any rain off to the west.
Dubuque Man Charged With Stealing Thousands From Elderly Mother-In-Laws Account
A Dubuque man was arrested and charged with stealing nearly $43-thousand dollars from his elderly mother-in-law living in a nursing home. According to Dubuque Police 54-year old Shawn Small was charged on Friday with financial exploitation of an older individual. The investigation started after the administrator of the care facility reported a large amount of money disappeared from the woman’s bank account.
