Fatal crash in Houston leaves two dead after high-speed collision
HOUSTON, Texas — Houston police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 4900 Crane Street about 4:10 p.m. on Wednesday. The identities of the deceased males, both 44 years old, are pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. According to the Houston Police Department's Vehicular Crimes Division, Sergeant P. Lee and Officer N. Luu reported that the driver of a silver Ford Crown Victoria was traveling eastbound on Crane Street when he lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway, and struck a parked black Dodge Challenger. Both the driver and passenger were pronounced dead at the scene by responding Houston Fire Department paramedics.
