Authorities investigating shooting in Danbury, NH
Authorities are investigating a shooting that occurred on Monday night in Danbury, New Hampshire. State police said in a press release Tuesday that they responded to a residential location in Danbury shortly after 10 p.m. Monday for a report of a shooting. Around that same time, Grafton and state police responded to a home in Grafton for a report of a person with a gunshot wound.
No injuries in fire that damages building with garage, three apartments in Belmont
BELMONT — No humans were injured, but several cats died, in a fire that broke out just after midnight on Thursday. The Belmont Fire Department was called to 53 Concord St. at 12:30 a.m. on July 24 after emergency dispatchers received several calls reporting a fire there. The building, according to a press release from Chief Deborah Black, is a two-story wood-frame building containing a commercial garage and three apartments.
